Terms of Service

By creating an account, installing one of our apps, or using the service in any way, you agree to these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it, and "you" means that company.

The Privacy Policy forms part of this agreement and describes what we do with data.

You need an account to use the service. You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the details you give us must be accurate.

• You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything done under your account.
• Tell us promptly at scriptwriter.spaceleads@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
• Each account owns a workspace. You may invite others; you are responsible for who you invite and what they do with the access you grant them.

Access to VidWorth is sold as a subscription. A subscription is one package: it covers the dashboard, tracked-link infrastructure, syncing, reporting, and every integration we offer. There is no per-integration fee, no per-connector upgrade, and nothing inside the product costs extra once you are subscribed.

• What you pay for is platform access — the account, the workspace and the service running behind them. Current plans and prices are shown on www.vidworth.co.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
• Cancel any time by writing to scriptwriter.spaceleads@gmail.com. Access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for.
• Price changes apply from your next billing period, and we tell you before they take effect.
• Non-payment may suspend access. We keep your data for a reasonable period so you can resubscribe without losing history.

The distinction is worth stating plainly, because the two are easy to confuse:

• The app install is free. Marketplace listings for our apps are published as free, and installing one costs nothing whether or not you ever subscribe.
• Every plugin inside the product is included. If you are a subscriber, connecting any integration we support is part of the package you already pay for.
• Using the VidWorth platform requires a subscription. An install connects a tool to us; the subscription is what gives you the account and dashboard to read the resulting data in.

Third-party marketplaces have their own terms, and the platform you install from may charge you for its own product. That relationship is between you and them.

The service works by connecting to accounts you already have — YouTube, scheduling tools, form tools, CRMs and payment processors. When you connect one, you confirm that you are authorised to grant that access and to have the resulting data processed by us.

• You remain responsible for complying with each connected service's own terms, and for having a lawful basis to process the personal data that flows through them.
• We request the narrowest permissions a feature needs, and never write to a connected service except where the product says so and you have asked for it — updating a YouTube description or posting a comment, both of which require an explicit action from you.
• Third-party services can change their APIs, pricing or availability. Features that depend on them can be affected by changes outside our control.

Connected services are named and their permissions described in the Privacy Policy and the documentation.

Your data stays yours. We claim no ownership of the channels, leads, bookings or reports in your workspace. We hold them to provide the service and act on your instructions about them.

• You can export any list in the product to CSV at any time, and ask us for a full export or a deletion.
• We do not sell your data, share it with other customers, or use it to train AI models.
• We may use aggregated, anonymised statistics that identify neither you nor any individual — for example, overall service performance.

You may not use the service to:

• access data you are not authorised to access, or connect an account you do not control;
• interfere with the service, bypass security controls, or probe it without permission;
• upload malicious content, or use the service to distribute malware or spam;
• collect sensitive personal information without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards;
• place tracked links in a way that deceives viewers about where a link goes, or that breaches YouTube's or any other platform's policies;
• resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.

We may suspend an account that breaches this section. Where the breach is not serious and can be fixed, we will tell you first.

We work to keep the service available and correct, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Maintenance, third-party outages, API quota limits and rate limits imposed by the platforms we read from can all affect it.

Data freshness

Conversions arrive in real time, but YouTube figures are pulled on a schedule and YouTube's own numbers settle over hours. Figures in VidWorth may lag or differ from those in YouTube Studio, as explained in the documentation. They are reporting, not a guarantee of accuracy, and should not be the sole basis for a financial decision.

We may add, change or remove features. If we discontinue something you rely on, or the service itself, we will give account holders reasonable notice and an opportunity to export their data.

You can stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or where required by law.

On termination, access ends and your workspace data is deleted in line with the retention section of the Privacy Policy. Export anything you want to keep before you close the account.

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free or that attribution will capture every conversion — traffic that never passes through a tracked link, or whose tags are stripped in transit, cannot be attributed, and the product shows this honestly rather than guessing.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost data. Our total liability arising out of this agreement is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

We update these terms when the service changes. The date at the top reflects the current version. For material changes we notify account holders by email before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept them. If you do not, you may cancel.
